Processing methods and data storage times

The Controller will process the personal data of data subjects using manual and IT tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes and in any case so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The personal data will be stored for the periods strictly necessary to carry out the institutional purposes and to respond to contact requests by you. They will be deleted upon request; otherwise, the data will be destroyed within 5 years from receipt.

Rights of the data subject

Any person who provides personal data to DMO Piemonte S.c.r.l. may exercise the rights envisaged by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR EU 2016/679, which grants to the data subject the right of access to data relating to him/her, as well as some complementary rights including the right to rectification, update and supplementation of the data, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
