Martino Ruggieri at the world final of Bocuse d'Or 2019


29 January 2019: today is the day! The chef Martino Ruggieri and the Italian Team are ready to bring their interpretation of the Italian cuisine to the Bocuse d’Or world championship, thanks to a great work made in Piemonte, under the sign of a lively cultural tradition and an original creativity, expressed by the tray designed by the architect Luisa Bocchietto, President of the World Design Organization, and the work uniforms created by Lanificio Fratelli Cerruti dal 1881. An excellent gastronomy and wine selection at the Piemonte’s stand welcomes media and operators with tastings that enhance the first-class quality of the regional products, great ambassadors of the Italian food and wine culture worldwide.
