Piemonte takes the Italian Team to the world final of the Bocuse d'Or


Piemonte, #1 top region to visit in 2019 for “Best in Travel” by Lonely Planet, is the protagonist of the Bocuse d'Or World final in Lyon after the European Selection, hosted in Torino in June 2018, which saw the Team Italy qualified, lead and supported by the Bocuse d'Or Italy Academy.

Martino Ruggieri will represent the Italian team at the prestigious international gourmet competition, which will be held on January 29 and 30 at Sirha, the international trade exhibition dedicated to the Horeca and retail.

Piemonte established itself as confirmed ambassador of the most refined Italian food and wine culture, thanks to the high number of starred chefs and first-class products such as the White Truffle of Alba, the red and white wines, which include 17 DOCG and 42 DOC labels, Piedmontese beef, PGI hazelnut and rice, chocolate and delicious PDO cheeses.
