Gourmet experiences at Castle of Roddi

The unique setting of the Castle that dominates the village of Roddi houses the “Cucina della Comunità” (Community Kitchen), a symbolic place that hosts chefs, excellent raw materials and producers in a context where history, culture, art, food and wine blend, and where the Langhe, the Monferrato and the Roero districts interface and intertwine with the world.

Alba Digital Truffle Lab

Thanks to a major investment by the Region of Piedmont and its strategic partner Microsoft Italia, the Castle of Roddi is also a modern high-tech hub offering innovative digital events. At the Alba Digital Truffle Lab, it is possible to learn about the features of the truffle in a simple yet in-depth manner, and to experience a discovery trail of the Alba White Truffle remotely.  A Tuber Magnatum Pico is delivered to participants together with a box containing typical local products and a pair of placemats, created in cooperation with Frette, the project partner.
