Piemonte has the honor to host the Bocuse d'Or Italy Academy founded in 2017 in Alba, heart of the Langhe area and UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
A true crown jewel of Piemonte gastronomy, the Academy is a new point of reference for the training of chefs who are preparing for the Bocuse d’Or, the prestigious international gastronomy contest.
Among its key objectives, the promotion of Italian cuisine and Made in Italy in the world, and the enhancement of professionalism to set up a network of collaborations with the main Italian and international chefs, in order to increase the importance of the Italian gastronomy in the world.
